What’s a good age to start playing?

I started playing the spoon when I was 9 years old, but you're never too young (or old!) to try it out.

What kind of songs can I play on a spoon?

You can tap almost any song you can think of - but faster, melodic songs usually sound best.

How long does it take to master the spoon?

Remember how long did it take you to learn how to whistle? It will probably be about the same time. If you have a good musical ear, you will probably get the hang of it within a few hours of practice.

Is the spoon a must? Can you tap a tune with other objects?

Using the Flicking technique you can tap tunes on many objects (e.g. rulers, pens, lighters, markers etc.) - but a teaspoon is your best choice.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only accept orders in the USA, but more countries will be added soon.

What's your return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for this mouth-played musical instrument if it is unopened and remains in its original, sealed packaging. If the product has been opened, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

If the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange an exchange or a full refund.

Can I eat with the TapATune spoon?

Sure, it is a spoon after all...
But don't do that :-) Treat it as a musical instrument and it will serve you for many years. Keep it clean with some warm soapy water (not dishwasher safe).
